 Not only do I have experience in residential, but I also have experience in investment properties. I own several investment properties in the Denver Metro area, including Denver Northeast. I was with Keller Williams Denver Central for 5 years. I switched to Remax about 2 years ago. At Remax we take a different approach to real estate. It is one that is built on personal touches, win-win deals and positive results.

I also have earned the GRI(Graduate Realtor Institute). CRS(Certified Residential Specialist) and CNE(Certified Negotiating Expert) designations. With these designations, I have spent over 120 hours in classes to give better service to my clients. In real estate, the analogy is a real estate license is equivalent to a high school diploma, with the GRI being a Bachelor of Science and CRS being a Masters Diploma.
